August’s Juicy BODY TIP
Posted by: | CommentsTake Time to Breathe!
Don’t underestimate the potent combination of awareness and breath! Take a moment right now to consciously breathe into your body. Simply bring your focus into a specific part of your body and breathe deeply into it. No need to do anything else, just notice and breathe. Take a few minutes every morning and evening to simply breathe into your body, notice and feel. (I do this for at least half an hour in the mornings, most days and many other times during the day!) If you commit to just this simple practice, you will notice a porfound shift in your body connection and ultimately in your life.
Pain & Feminine Power

Pain is usually the gateway or the starting place when I work with someone. Pain in the hip, back, shoulder, belly, some area of the body, heart (relationship issue for example), or some emotional pain. Last Wednesday I worked with a client who had originally come to me with knee pain. She also has diabetes. In this particular session she had pain in her knee, foot and shoulder. As I started working with her shoulder she told me that her blood tests had shown that she was making insulin but that her cells were resistant to receiving it. At this point, her body voice revealed something fascinating. We were actually able to dialogue with her cells themselves. Her cells indicated that they were in resistance because of the pressure (they literally felt squeezed on) of the judgment she was holding that her fat cells were bad. Something she had taken on from her family system at a very early age! Read More→
