April Body Tip: 5 Minutes to Total Brain Stimulation
ByGot 5 minutes? Good…
Put on a piece of music, close your eyes (or not!) and move your body. That’s right, feel the music and move. Feel stupid, feel awkward, playful, silly and do it anyway! Shake, flow, jump up and down, roll, stretch, explore disconnected movements, try something new. Find the fun in it as dancing/moving to music can be very playful. Pretend you are a kid, and move like a child would, they love to free form move! While feeding your soul you are feeding your brain!
Now… how do you feel?

Hi Tarnie
Just what I needed. I just emailed you to say that I was feeling disconnected – went dancing last night, which usually works for me, and nada. I trod all over one guy but did get some connection going when I danced with Rob,who I always feel comfortable with.
So I did as you suggested (funnily enough the music was Lou Reed, “I feel so free”) and at first, I realised I couldn’t find my feet at all, and was tempted to open my eyes! I feel more grounded now, and will repeat this as often as . . .
have a great day,
with love
Deborah
PS Just off to befriend some more of my resistance!
